The Role: Client Experience & Growth Coordinator
A Client Experience & Growth Coordinator serves an integral role in driving client engagement, business growth, and organizational innovation at ReactForge. Working alongside an entrepreneurial team, the coordinator helps design exceptional client experiences, contributes to marketing and community engagement initiatives, identifies opportunities to enhance programs and operations, and supports strategic projects that advance ReactForge’s mission.
This role provides hands-on experience in customer experience, marketing, business development, innovation, and continuous improvement within a fast-growing company at the intersection of neuroscience, technology, and human performance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Client Experience & Growth: Deliver an exceptional client journey while identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Marketing & Community Engagement: Create digital content, support marketing campaigns, and contribute to community outreach initiatives that strengthen the ReactForge brand.
- Business Development & Innovation: Support client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and special projects that contribute to organizational growth and new initiatives.
- Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement: Analyze client feedback and operational trends to recommend improvements that enhance programs, processes, and the overall client experience.
- Operations & Event Excellence: Coordinate client scheduling, support events and program delivery, and help maintain a high-performance environment that reflects ReactForge’s standards of excellence.

What You’ll Bring
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship, Hospitality, Sport Management, Kinesiology, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Passion for creating exceptional client experiences and building meaningful relationships.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach.
- Highly organized, with excellent time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth.
- Experience with customer service, client engagement, digital marketing, social media, CRM systems, or project coordination is considered an asset.
- Participation or coaching experience in organized sports such as hockey, basketball, volleyball, soccer, baseball, racquet sports, or similar athletic disciplines is considered an asset.

The Role: Cognitive Performance & Program Innovation Associate
A Cognitive Performance & Program Innovation Associate plays an integral role in advancing and delivering ReactForge’s mission to transform cognitive performance through neuroscience, technology, and evidence-informed innovation. Working alongside an entrepreneurial team, the associate contributes to the research, design, validation, and commercialization of ReactForge’s SPDM (See–Process–Decide–Move) methodology across diverse markets, including sport, active adults and seniors, neurodiverse populations and corporate performance.
The associate collaborates on the development of innovative cognitive performance programs, analyzes performance data to generate actionable insights, supports research and technology initiatives, and contributes to strategic projects that drive business growth and market expansion.
This role provides hands-on entrepreneurial experience in program innovation, product development, applied research, and commercialization within a fast-growing company at the intersection of neuroscience, technology, and human performance.
Primary Responsibilities
Program Innovation & SPDM Development: Contribute to the research, design, validation, and continuous evolution of ReactForge’s SPDM (See–Process–Decide–Move) methodology and cognitive performance programs for athletes, active adults and seniors, law enforcement, tactical professionals, neurodiverse and special needs populations, healthcare, education, and corporate clients.
Research, Analytics & Technology: Collect, analyze, and interpret cognitive performance data to evaluate program effectiveness, generate actionable insights, and support research, technology development, and evidence-informed decision-making.
Product Development & Market Expansion: Collaborate on new products, pilot initiatives, commercialization strategies, and market research that support ReactForge’s expansion into new industries and client segments.
Client Experience & Program Validation: Deliver and support cognitive performance sessions to validate new methodologies, gather client feedback, and translate research into practical applications that enhance client outcomes and program effectiveness.
Innovation Projects & Business Growth: Support cross-functional initiatives involving strategic partnerships, operational innovation, marketing, events, and continuous improvement projects that strengthen ReactForge’s industry leadership and long-term growth.

What You’ll Bring
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Kinesiology, Neuroscience, Psychology, Health Sciences, Exercise Science, Biomedical Sciences, Human Biology, or a related discipline.
- Passionate about cognitive performance, neuroscience, human movement, mobility and emerging technologies.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
- Experience with research methods, data analysis, program development, or technology-enabled training is considered an asset.
- Participation or coaching experience in organized sports such as hockey, basketball, volleyball, soccer, baseball, racquet sports, or similar athletic disciplines is considered an asset.
