The Role: Client Experience Coordinator
You are the face of ReactForge. You own the client journey from arrival to rebooking, play an active role in how the world sees us online, and take pride in maintaining an environment that reflects our standard of excellence. You thrive in fast-moving environments, communicate with warmth and professionalism, and handle what needs to be handled without being asked twice.
This is a part-time position built around our peak programming hours (Approximately 23 hours per week):
- Wednesday to Friday: 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm
- Saturday to Sunday: 10:30 am to 6:00 pm
- Front Desk and Reception
- Scheduling and Session Management
- Client Relations and Success
- Social Media and Content Marketing
- Facility Upkeep
Your Background
- 2+ years in a client-facing or administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with scheduling software, CRMs, and social media platforms
- Energetic, organized, and genuinely people-first
- Experience with digital marketing is an asset
- Availability that aligns with our evening and weekend schedule
- Interest in sports, health, performance, or wellness
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
